“Are you running any sales?” is a common question we get asked.

Why doesn’t King Swings run sales?

And to be very clear, I love a good sale as much as the next person, and I do not blame you for asking!

However, King Swings does not run sales. And we often get asked why we don’t so let me dive into the big reason why.

The Reason

King Swings believe that we have the best product, the best shopping experience, the best swing set design team, the best install crews, and the best customer service team.

“Great,” you say, “We would expect King Swing’s marketing guy to say they are the best. How do we know what you are saying is true?”

Read our Google reviews. We have worked hard for those, and if they don’t convince you, then nothing will. Over and over, people praise our install crews, their experience, and the end product.

We simply don’t run sales because we believe in our teams and our products. We believe you are getting the best possible experience when choosing King Swings.

We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a sale or finally buy something and then have a sale pop afterward. King Swings does our best to keep our prices low so we don’t have to run sales.

If money is the final deciding factor for you, I understand. Many times in my life, I have bought something that was on sale instead of what I actually wanted.

How did that make me feel? How does that make you feel?

A Pair of Earbuds: An Allegory

Let me talk to you about my beloved red earbuds. I promise I will tie it all together.

I love a good set of earbuds. When I worked on a farm, my earbuds alone stood between me and endless boredom when pruning in a hazelnut field. I had always bought earbuds on the high end of the cheap side but never any “good ones.”

And then I got a Christmas gift card from my company, and the Mennonite in me went and hid for just a moment as I realized here was a chance to get a high-end pair of earbuds with no guilt attached. And I got them.

And man, now I know what I was missing.

I could have gotten a pair of medium or maybe even a pair of cheap high-end ones, and if I had, I would still be wondering what a nice pair of high-end earbuds sound like.

It was worth some extra money to get what I wanted. And then the Mennonite in me returned, and I returned to my normal self, but now I have a great pair of earbuds.

The story’s moral is: If you want to get a swing set on sale, go for it! But first, ask yourself if good enough is actually good enough. When you look out in your backyard, you want to smile with satisfaction, not wondering if you should have actually gotten “the high-end earbuds.”

But, if you really want a King Swings swing set at a discounted price, you can check out our bargain corner. The sets there are lot models that have been discounted.
