**King Swings Giveaway Terms & Conditions**
Welcome to the King Swings Giveaway! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**Entry:**
All entries must be made through https://promotions.kingswingsets.com/phillies-chairs-sweepstakes. The entrant must complete the form and submit it to enter the giveaway. Limit one entry per user. Duplicated entries will be deleted or disqualified.
**Eligibility:**
- **Residency Requirement:** Participation is open exclusively to residents of Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), and Delaware (DE).
- **Age Requirement:** Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Sweepstakes is not open to King Swings employees.
**Prize Details:**
- **Prize Inclusions:** The prize consists of one (2) Phillies branded Adirondack Chairs, including shipping and $1000 Gift Card toward the purchase a new swing set or playhouse. There is only one (1) winner of this giveaway. The winner will be picked at random.
**Participation Terms:**
- **Media Release:** By participating, the winner consents to using their name, likeness, social media usernames, and profile pictures during all aspects of the prize-awarding process (including installation) for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. This includes photography, video, and audio recordings.
**Entry Period:**
- **Submission Window:** Entries will be accepted from August 1, 2025, through August 15, 2025.
- **Winner Announcement:** The winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received and will be announced on King Swing’s social media pages and contacted via email on August 22, 2025. The winner will be given seven (7) business days to claim the prize. If not claimed in seven business days, the winner will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
**Additional Requirements:**
- **Delivery Location:** The delivery location must be within the eligible states (PA, DE, or NJ).
**Additional Terms:**
– **No Substitutions:** No cash, gift card, or alternative prize substitutions are permitted.
– **Privacy:** Information collected from entrants is subject to King Swing’s Privacy Policy.
– **Disputes:** Any dispute arising from the giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state where King Swings is headquartered.
**Disqualification and Entry Errors:**
– **Right to Disqualify:** King Swings reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process, the operation of the giveaway, or these terms and conditions.
– **Technical Malfunctions:** King Swings is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning networks, hardware, or software, whether originating with the sender or organizer.
– **Lawful Participation:** Entrants agree to abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
**Final Notes:**
Participation in this giveaway constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice. **Liability Release:**
By participating, entrants release King Swings, the MLB Entities, and their affiliates from any liability, damages, losses, or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrant’s participation in the giveaway and acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. This includes any marks, damage, or scuffs to the winner’s yard, decor, or landscaping incurred during installation. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
