- Not customizable – Sorry, the swing sets are sold as is and cannot be changed, though you can add additional swings.
- Covered by Warranty – The warranty does apply, but only on new issues.
- Prices are before taxes, delivery, and installation.

Notes:
This playhouse has our discontinued outswing door. Windows are missing screens. The playhouse has been in the playground for some time and has seen heavy use. Scuffs, marks, and scratches are present throughout the set and accessories. Rockwall rocks and ropes have faded. Steps are bowing. The set has filler screws to prevent it from moving in and out of the playground.
