NOTE: If you are from the West Coast, we are extending deliveries and installation in parts of California, Arizona, and Texas. If you don’t see your State below, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, as our service area is continually extending!

“Oh, you are in Strasburg, PA?!? Do you deliver to my area?”

Ah, yes, that question. Frankly, this topic is overdue, so let’s jump into it!

Yes, we are located in beautiful Lancaster County, PA, but we deliver all over the Eastern US and more!

If you are curious about the cost of delivery and installation, you can read this blog.

Standard Delivery Zones

If you live in PA, NY, CT, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, KY, and TN, you are in our standard delivery zones. All you visual learners, check out the map above. Everything in green is our standard delivery zones.

What does standard delivery zone mean? Simply put, these are areas that we get to with regularity. In general, but not always, lead times to our standard areas will be shorter than our secondary delivery areas. The further away you are, the greater chance your lead time may be longer.

Secondary Delivery Zones

Our secondary delivery zones are areas we definitely service but lead times are generally, but not always, a bit longer than our standard zones. These are areas we are establishing ourselves in, and who knows, but by the end of the 2023 season, a few of these may upgrade to a standard zone.

Our secondary delivery zones include ME, VT, NH, RH, MA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, OH, IN, IL, MI, and WI. If you look at the map above, this zone is everything colored light purple.

Long Distance Zones

-Now Servicing Parts of Utah –

The states of CA, AZ, NM, TX and LA fall into our long-distance delivery zone. Check out the map above and look for the tan-colored states.

While we want to get to these states as much as we can, we can only get there occasionally because of their distance. During our busiest months (April – May), we may only schedule one or two loads to our long-distance zones because we have to have our crews servicing our standard and secondary zones.

If you live in these states, we recommend placing your order in our off-season so that we can get you delivered and installed before spring. King Swings wants to step up deliveries to these states, but for now, if you want a King Swings swing set, place your order in the off-season if you want the set in early spring.

If you live in one of the yellow states, shoot us a DM or email. We have been known to stray off the beaten path.

A Note on Lead Times

Lead times are a significant aspect of the hand-crafted swing set industry. Since we deliver and install our sets, lead times depend on how often we arrive in your area.

To lower delivery costs, we load up a trailer of 4-5 swing sets that will be delivered and installed in a single-day to an area. Areas where we can keep our loads consistently full generally have lower lead times. Areas we get to infrequently generally have longer lead times to allow us to fill up the trailer.

As orders pile in during the spring rush, our lead times can extend as we only have so many crews who can install only so many sets. King Swings has continually expanded the number of crews on the road, but, in general, the earlier you order your swing set, the better your lead time will be.

As always, we do our best to be transparent with all of our processes. If you have any questions, please reach out to our teams. We would love to help you out.
