Home Run Celebration

These terms and conditions apply to the Home Run Celebration Promotion offered by Kings Swings. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms. This limited-time promotion is valid from September 28, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To participate, customers must purchase a new swing set valued at $6,000.00 or more. The order must be placed in person at Kings Swing’s headquarters in Parkesburg, PA. Customers who complete an eligible purchase will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) 2024 Philadelphia Phillies NLD Division Series Game at Citizens Bank Park. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. This offer is limited to one (1) set of tickets per eligible purchase, regardless of the number of swing sets purchased. Tickets will be sent to the purchaser through the BallPark App valid for a game October 5 – 12, 2024. Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Phillies™ Adirondack Chairs Discount

Take 15% off Phillies ™ Adirondack Chairs. Discounts apply to all Phillies Adirondack chairs purchased during the event from September 28, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Purchased chairs will be shipped to the customer within five business days. All chairs require assembly. Customers must be present at the event to apply for the discount. This offer is valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other promotions. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Bargain Corner Discount

Take an additional 10% off all Bargain Corner swing sets. Bargain Corner items are sold as is and cannot be customized. Warranty applies but does not cover pre-existing issues. All sales are final; no returns or exchanges. Items are first come, first serve and limited to stock available at the event. Customers must be present at the event to claim the additional 10% discount. This limited-time offer from September 28, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. cannot be combined with other promotions. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

Red October Giveaway

You must be 18 years or older to enter. Void where prohibited—only one entry per person and only one selected winner. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winner will be contacted by phone or email within 2-3 business days of the drawing and must claim their prize within three (3) days. The prizes will be shipped directly to the winner and will require assembly. Entry into the raffle grants permission to be added to our email list. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. No purchase is necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete or inaccurate entries. Entries must be made in person at our Harvest Festival on September 28, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
