The Hemet Homestead is 8′ left to right and 6′ front to back. Standing in the middle of the playhouse, you have about 6′ of headspace. This means it is comfy and spacious, even for adults! And with many windows, plenty of natural sunlight lights up the interior.

Playhouse swing sets are heavy and require a walk-behind skid steer to deliver. This may cause ruts in your yard, which is understood as an acceptable risk. White playhouses are very beautiful but show dirt from transportation and installation. The playhouse size is determined by measuring across the tower it sits on, and the dimensions are approximate. Playhouses are not watertight.
