King Swings Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Enrollment

  • The King Swings Referral Program is open to all customers who purchase a King Swings playset.
  • Participation in the Program is free, but customers must register to be eligible to earn referral credits. You can register here. https://kingswingsets.com/referral/ 
  • Participants (Advocates) agree to these Terms and Conditions by enrolling in the Program.

Earning Referral Credits

  • Advocates earn referral credits by referring new customers to King Swings. New customers must purchase a new playset using the provided advocates code. 
  • There is no limit to the number of referral credits an Advocate can earn.
  • The more customers an Advocate refers to, the more referral credits they can receive.

Reward Structure

  • Each referred playset purchase earns the Advocate $250.00. Referral credits are issued as store credit kept on file. 
  • Referral credits can be used to purchase any King Swings accessories or playsets but cannot be used for shipping, delivery and installation costs.
  • Referral credits are non-transferable and must be used by the Advocate who earned them. However, the playset can be delivered to another address, but the warranty will be under the purchaser’s name.

Redemption and Expiration

  • Referral credits must be redeemed within three (3) years from the date the first referral credit is earned.
  • After three years, any unused referral credits will expire and will no longer be valid.

Tracking Referrals

  • To track referrals, Advocates must ensure that the referred customer provides the Advocate’s unique referral code at the time of purchase. For example, the Johnson family purchases a swing set, and during checkout, they tell our team that the Smith family referred them to us and provide the referral code. 
  • The referred customer must complete a purchase for the Advocate to earn referral credits.
  • King Swings will verify the referral by matching the referral code provided by the new customer with the Advocate’s registration information.

General Terms

  • The Program is subject to change at any time without notice.
  • King Swings reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Additional Provisions

  • King Swings reserves the right to disqualify any Advocate from the Program if fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program is suspected.
  • The referral program abides by King Swing’s privacy policy. [link to policy]
  • The program is only available in the lower 48 states. 
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • King Swings makes all decisions regarding interpreting and applying these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
