AMAZING! We had previously had King Swings install a playset and the quality was so incredible we decided to add on and we are not disappointed! Everything was fantastic. Katie is awesome to work with. She was so helpful with designing and deciding what to add. Ashley was great with the scheduling and Aaron with his team were incredible with the installation. We highly highly recommend King Swings!

Could not be happier with this company! From ordering to installation, everything was so easy. The salesperson, Katie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Allen’s crew was punctual, fast and efficient during installation. They communicated well and set things up perfectly. The swing set itself is beautifully constructed. The swing set is amazing. Katie in sales was so helpful throughout the process. Lee, Steve and Paul were amazing with the delivery. Our daughter (and us) absolutely loves the set. I would recommend King Swings to anyone and everyone.

As a property manager finding good quality playground equipment for a reasonable price is hard. Then I found king swings. They were easy to get in touch with on the phone and design my choice of playset exactly the way my neighborhood wanted it! I will be sure to pass your information to the rest of my company. Omar's crew was amazing. They called me several times to inform me of their location when they were on the way to install it. They worked quick to get the set up in the SC heat and did an amazing job. This playground quality is beautiful and I could not be happier.

We had a phenomenal experience with King Swings from the very first time we contacted them through the installation. Katie and Ashley were wonderful in helping us create the perfect swingset for our space and facilitate the delivery (which we had to postpone once due to another project in our yard not being finished); Lee, Steve, and Paul (the delivery/setup crew) were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job. Working with Kings Swings was wonderful from the start. The sales office staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Designing our own set was easy & fun. They were quick to respond when we made a few minor changes after ordering. The install was quick and staff was very friendly. I can't say enough good things about the set, it's beautiful and incredible quality. I'm sure our kids will enjoy it for years to come!

I did a lot of research on swingsets because the prices vary hugely and I wanted one that was low maintenance, could handle adults playing with the kids, and would entertain for the next decade. Landed on king swings and have had a great experience. Katie helped me over the phone with customizing and planning. Gave Frank advice, didn’t try to upsell, and from what I can see, helped me reach a perfect set. The team that delivered it, Lee, Steve, and Paul, we’re here right when expected. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. All in all a great experience planning, purchasing, and receiving. Looking forward to playing!
