The Cottage Playhouse has been a classic playhouse for many years! In 2023, it claimed the spot as top selling playhouse.
The playhouse size is perfect for any backyard. It is big enough to feel spacious but not so big as to dominate the space. The Cottage is a great playhouse for parents who want a simpler design that doesn’t break your budget yet still has plenty of fun features.
This adorable playhouse has our best access point: the staircase. Unlike the ladder, which has a crossbar at the top, the staircase is smooth to walk up and down without the need to duck. This makes the playhouse super accessible for parents, large kids, small kids, and even your pets!
Rounding out the fun on the Cottage playhouse is our popular avalanche slide and 3-position monkey bar swing beam. The avalanche slide is durable and tough, while the monkey bar swing beam adds a great challenge.

Playhouse swing sets are heavy and require a walk-behind skid steer to deliver. This may cause ruts in your yard, which is understood as an acceptable risk. White playhouses are very beautiful but will show dirt from transportation and installation. The playhouse size is determined by measuring across the tower the playhouse sits on, and the dimensions are approximate. Playhouses are not waterproof.
