This custom playhouse design stands at a 6′ deck height and has a high swing beam with three different swings, including our popular toddler swing. The avalanche slide is fast and perfect for zooming down, while the rock wall tests strength, coordination, and tenacity that will boost your children’s confidence. The bubble panel is a great place for peeking out, and the staircase is a fantastic access point. The decking under the tower provides a whole other play space where you can set up chairs and a table or, for the more practical among us, a great storage area for outside toys.
Every playset that King Swings builds is made to order and built by our local Amish craftsmen, ensuring heirloom quality. You can customize this design or another standard model.

Big playhouse swing sets are heavy and require a walk-behind skid steer to deliver. This may cause ruts in your yard, which is understood to be an acceptable risk. White playhouses are very beautiful but will show dirt from transportation and installation. The playhouse size is determined by measuring across the tower it sits on, and the dimensions are approximate. They are not waterproof.
