The Summer House playhouse catches people’s attention! Inspired by the White Gold Estate, the unique design fits snuggly into a small area while still having so many fun options! This gives hope to anyone who has big dreams but a small yard!
The Summer House playhouse has a 6’x8′ playhouse on the top of the 7′ tall 8’x12′ playdeck and an 8’x8′ clubhouse on the bottom. The smaller playhouse on top gives you room to attach all kinds of fun options to one side, allowing you to snug up against fences, trees, or your property line on the other side.
The 8′ lemonade stand with two chairs is a great place to relax, have a snack, color, or plot your next adventure.
The Summer House playhouse is a great addition to our customized playhouses. It takes up so little room but provides so much fun!
The decking under the tower stops under the clubhouse. If you want to add decking up to the lemonade stand, it would require additional decking.

Notes:
Playhouse swing sets are heavy and require a walk-behind skid steer to deliver. This may cause ruts in your yard, which is understood as an acceptable risk. White playhouses are very beautiful but will show dirt from transportation and installation. The playhouse size is determined by measuring across the tower the playhouse sits on, and the dimensions are approximate. Playhouses are not waterproof.
