This custom playhouse will become the hub of great memories centered around swinging, sliding, and enjoying being together outside!
This two-story playhouse has an 8′ x 8′ big playhouse on top and an 8′ x 8′ clubhouse on the bottom! Combined, these spaces provide plenty of room for outside furniture, sleepovers, or parents to drop in on the play!
The coffee bar on the bottom story is the perfect place for your children to set up a pretend shop, have a snack, or spend some time coloring, reading, or simply resting in between glorious adventures!
This customer opted for a 2-position swing beam to save a bit of space. If you need more swings, we can easily increase the swing beam to a three or 4-position swing beam!
The staircase provides easy access for little children, big children, and adults who are children at heart!
All in all, this two-story playhouse is stunning, fun, and a perfect fit for this lovely family and their backyard!

Notes:
Big Playhouse swing sets are heavy and require a walk-behind skid steer to deliver. This may cause ruts in your yard, which is understood as an acceptable risk. White playhouses are very beautiful but will show dirt from transportation and installation. The playhouse size is determined by measuring across the tower it sits on, and the dimensions are approximate. They are not watertight.
